Meet Your Driver

For the past 5 years, we have partnered with Adiel, our wonderful and trusted local subcontractor. Adiel is dedicated to getting your material to you exactly when you need it, ensuring a smooth and helpful delivery experience every time.

Our Delivery Schedules

We respect your time and work hard to provide accurate arrival windows:

  • Local Deliveries: We schedule precise, 1-hour delivery slots so you do not have to wait around all day.

  • Extended Deliveries: For locations further out, we will call you with a dedicated time frame so you know exactly when to expect us.

Truck Capacity & Ordering Limits

To help plan your project, please review our single-trip truck limits based on material weight:

  • Soil & Bark: Up to 8 cubic yards per single trip.

  • Gravel & Sand: Up to 6 cubic yards per single trip (due to weight restrictions).

  • Split Deliveries: Want two products at once? Our truck features a built-in divider! We can haul 2 yards of one material and 3 yards of another simultaneously to save you time. The truck can do a 4 & 3 split!

Truck Clearance

Before ordering, please ensure your drop-off location has clear access. Our delivery truck requires the following minimum clearances to operate safely:

  • Height: 10 feet minimum clearance (watch for low-hanging branches and overhead wires).

  • Width: 9 feet minimum clearance (check gates, alleyways, and narrow driveways).

  • Length: 23 feet of straight-line clearance (extends to 20 feet when the tailgate is up to dump).

Drop-off Location & Liability Agreement

  • Standard Delivery: All deliveries are strictly curbside or driveway drops. Our driver will dump materials in a safe, accessible spot at the edge of your property.

  • Off-Curbside Requests: If you request the driver to bring the truck past the curb line (such as onto lawns, specialized pavers, or past property gates), you must sign a physical liability waiver with Adiel before the material is dumped.

  • Online Disclaimer & Agreement: By scheduling a delivery with us via phone or online inquiry, you acknowledge and agree that our business and our subcontractors are not liable for any damage caused to driveways, sidewalks, lawns, underground utilities, or overhead structures if you direct the delivery vehicle to leave the public roadway.
